I have been practicing Tai Chi since 1982. In my youth, Tai Chi seemed slow and I preferred the more physically demanding exercises such as running and other styles of martial arts.
When I got older, these exercises became difficult. What little health gains I achieved, I was set back with injuries. At work, I was stressed out. The world moved so fast that I could not keep up physically and mentally.
It was then that I rediscovered Tai Chi and its health benefits. I begin to see the slow movements actually meant something and
are profound on many levels. With over 30 years of practice, I wish to share my experience and the many benefits of Tai Chi. However, I am foremost a lifelong student.
